Senior Digital Media Executive
We're hiring a Senior Digital Media Executive to lead paid social, programmatic, and adult network campaigns, owning performance across key publishers and exclusive sports media deals
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Digital Media Executive with a strong grasp of paid media strategy and hands-on campaign management. This role requires a deep understanding of paid social, programmatic platforms, and adult ad networks. You will manage and grow performance campaigns across various publisher channels, including exclusive sports media partnerships. Experience in digital advertising is a must, and familiarity with the gambling/online betting industry is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Paid social and Display networks
- Manage direct publisher relationships and ensure consistent performance and compliance
- Coordinate with internal creative and product teams to deliver high- impact creatives tailored to each channel
- Independently conceptualize creative strategies, run A/B tests, and proactively drive next actions based on performance data
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.)
- Leverage exclusive publisher agreements to maximize strategic value and audience targeting
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product offering in the online gambling space and incorporate this into campaign messaging and targeting
- Stay up-to-date with ad tech developments, media buying strategies, and policy changes across platforms
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Proven hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Programmatic DSPs, Ad networks
- Strong grasp of media buying fundamentals: tracking, attribution, A/B testing, bid optimization
- Proven ability to create and test ad creatives, collaborate with teams, and iterate based on results
- Familiarity with sports audiences and/or sports media buying is a plus
- Knowledge of the gambling, iGaming, or betting industry is a strong asset
- Comfortable managing media budgets efficiently with clear ROI focus
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
