Position Overview

We are looking for an Business Applications Engineer who will be responsible for and
supports the end-to-end management of enterprise business applications. The role will be within Silverspin Corporate IT team delivering IT Services to a global organization with 400 users across 5 countries

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of an internal access portal using Microsoft SSO technologies.
• Design and maintain integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling secure authentication, SSO, and lifecycle management.
• Define, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), MFA, and conditional access policies in line with security best practices
• Design and develop enterprise applications that meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient.
• Implement application enhancements and modifications to improve functionality and performance
• Integrate enterprise applications with existing systems and third-party solutions to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Develop and maintain APIs and other integration points to support business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance
• Provide technical support for enterprise applications and addressing user issues and system bugs promptly.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure applications are secure and up-to-date
• Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective application solutions. 
• Ensure applications comply with security policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience managing enterprise applications and integrations in medium to large organisations
• Strong experience with Microsoft Identity solutions (MS Entra ID, Governance) and SharePoint
• Preferably Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate(SC-300) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administration Associate
