Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance for our international business operations. This pivotal role encompasses three main areas of responsibility:

Legal Advisory: Offer strategic legal advice on a wide range of international business matters.

Oversight: Monitor and ensure legal compliance across our operations.

Governance: Develop and implement legal frameworks and policies to support our activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and risk assessment to senior leadership.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Lead litigation management and regulatory investigations.
• Oversee relationships with external counsel to ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal support.
• Develop legal processes, leveraging technologies such as generative AI for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations through policy development, monitoring, and licensing oversight.
• Support corporate governance initiatives and act as a key advisor on legal matters impacting the business.
• Contract drafting and review experience
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Industry experience
• Privacy certifications
• Multiple language capabilities
• Experience with regulatory authorities
• Proficiency with tech tools and ability to quickly learn new software applications

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer

• Experience interacting with regulators and navigating multi-jurisdictional legal environments.
• Experience in gaming industry
