Position Overview
The role involves overseeing and managing the performance of the Platform IT, Service Delivery, NOC, Corporate IT, and Cyber Security teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position also requires leading a robust cyber security strategy, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular security assessments. Effective communication with stakeholders, continuous improvement of IT processes, resource management, and strategic alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the performance of the Platform IT, Service Delivery and NOC, Corporate IT and Cyber Security Teams

- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture across all teams, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Set clear objectives for each team, aligning them with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure IT platforms.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, balancing on-prem and cloud technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement platform improvements and innovations.
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring high availability and performance levels.
- Manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) to monitor and address system alerts and incidents proactively.
- Develop and refine service delivery processes to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Implement technology solutions that support business operations and enhance productivity.
- Oversee the procurement and deployment of hardware and software resources.
- Lead the development and execution of a robust cyber security strategy to protect company assets and data.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to security and data privacy.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends for potential impact and opportunities for the business.
- Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and investment in technology initiatives.
- Communicate IT strategy, updates, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of value-added services.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes and service delivery.
- Encourage innovation and the exploration of new technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess team performance and drive improvements.
