Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code and applications that align with business priorities. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and actively participate in development initiatives, ensuring high standards of quality and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and ensure quality of program code to meet business requirements.
• Create and execute tests for code, troubleshoot issues, and refine requirements into actionable tasks.
• Plan and prioritize deliverables, actively contributing to development initiatives.
• Communicate with stakeholders, support incidents, and drive improvements in team dynamics.
• Contribute to development initiatives based on evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in software development and contributing to cross-team projects.
• Knowledge: Proficient in fullstack and modern development practices. Familiar with software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills. Able to work independently and in teams. Proficient in writing maintainable, readable code, and managing dependencies. Strong communication skills with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
