Team Lead/Senior Developer
We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead/Senior Developer to guide a talented team, foster collaboration, and contribute to both leadership and development efforts in a 50/50 split role.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead/Senior Developer to guide and support a talented team, delivering high-quality software solutions. You will lead the team in development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and transparent environment, while contributing to the technical strategy and execution of business priorities.
As an equal member of the team, you will actively contribute to the development and delivery of software products. The role is split 50/50 between Team Lead and Senior Developer responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage recruitment, performance, and HR processes for the team, including onboarding, performance reviews, and vacation planning.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of program code, ensuring quality and business value.
- Troubleshoot code issues and participate in technical planning, providing guidance to the team.
- Communicate with stakeholders, manage project deliveries, and support ongoing incidents.
- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in software development with proven leadership experience and leading cross-team projects.
- Knowledge: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot and MySQL, with experience in PHP and modern development practices. Familiar with Maven/Gradle, Livewire, and software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, maintain code quality, and mentor team members. Focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
