Social Media Content Specialist - Japanese Speaking
Craft and tailor engaging Japanese content for social media and campaigns, collaborate on design, manage CRM communications, analyze engagement, and ensure content aligns with brand and audience needs
Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to craft and tailor engaging Japanese content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and localise Japanese content for a variety of purposes, including social media daily content and also seasonal campaigns based on the brand and marketing plans.
- Being involved with social media content planning within brand guidelines, but tailor each piece according to its respective brand, target segments, product requirements, and other targeting considerations.
- Collaborate with design team to develop the design assets to be used for the various campaign.
- Build CRM communications directly in the proper Content Management Systems. This includes mailers, SMS, surveys, etc.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their goals and transform their needs into engaging customer content.
- Monitor engagement rates of player-facing content and suggest how to improve the content based on the results.
- Continuously review our sites and outbound communication to ensure the correct content is displayed.
- Always look to understand our players’ needs and identify any gaps in their site or content experience.
- Recommend new topics and approaches on how to write content for current topics.
- Research industry-related topics so that you can explain these subjects in a clear, informative, and engaging manner.
- Perform other job duties as requested.
Requirements
- Native level of Japanese writing required
- Previous experience in involved with social media planning and writing for Japanese market
- Worked in international environment and being fluent in English communication with stakeholders is a plus
- Interest and experience in i-gaming and sports is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Team player
