Payment Solutions Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Payment Solutions Manager to join our rapidly expanding team based in Malta. The primary responsibility of the Payment Solutions Manager is to maintain and build out our payment processing capabilities in all the markets where we operate or expand. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including our many payment partners, to ensure we have the most streamlined and cost-effective payment solutions across all our brands and territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships within a portfolio of 40+ payment service providers.

Source new payment providers and together with Senior Management take
ownership and lead the onboarding process. - Lead commercial negotiations, assist in legal reviews of the commercial agreements and conducting due diligence.

Frequently review, analyze, and follow up on the performance of each provider to
identify areas of improvement for further prioritization. -
Follow up on new features and functionalities to assess their potential, coordinate
stakeholder requirements, and further internal actions. -
Interact with the Product Owner and the dedicated external points of contact to
understand, maintain, and troubleshoot various product functionalities that impact
provider performance. -
Help the organization meet the requirements of regulatory agencies, certification
authorities, etc., including but not limited to assisting in internal and external audits. -
Flag and mitigate risks to our business by performing ongoing analysis of our
payment providers from operational, financial, and compliance perspectives. - Continuously document goals, deliverables, and operating procedures to enhance the organization’s knowledge of the payments domain.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in payments within the igaming sector
- Previous experience managing projects of medium to large scale
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal skills, and ability to understand the business need but also challenge the question that is being posed
- Good communication skills, confidence in presenting your requirements to key
