Position Overview
The Site management specialist is responsible for putting the final touch of onsite content (production and integration) across all our brands both for pay-to-play and free-to-play sites.
This role is part of the content and design team which strives to create an engaging, world-class communication experience for our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the process and execution of site maintenance and updating our various sites and domains.
- Liaising with stakeholders to request content updates on domains managed by other teams.
- Sharing upcoming/ongoing content project information with relevant team members e.g. brand and design.
- Perform site patrols based on our business priorities. Creating and implementing site patrol schedules by always understanding the needs of our audience and identifying the best ways to navigate to our brand sites.
- Creating and maintaining CMS map
- Perform other job duties as requested. (for instance, populating landing pages with agreed content and design assets)
Requirements
- 2+ years site management experience in multi-CMS (including WordPress) environment
- Front end editorial knowledge
- Experience in iGaming
- Fluent in English and an Asian language is a plus
- Fluent in Microsoft 365
- Able to explain own ideas in English and able to understand and manage stakeholder expectations
- Not afraid to experiment with different writing styles to match different brand personalities and objectives
- Able to shift focus and priorities according to business needs and enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- Thrive on challenge; action-orientated and not afraid to prioritize
- Always looking to explore different aspects of the work and understand why and how we do things
- Meticulous attention to detail. Team player with project and stakeholder management skills
